Mills Mehr & Associates began operations in 2005 with
one belief: to take better care of the customer. The
three principals at Mills Mehr & Associates have over 40 years combined
experience as independent insurance adjusters. They learned early in their
careers that customer service and building relationships are essential in this
industry.
The three principals have also surrounded themselves with highly productive,
hardworking and customer service-oriented employees. These employees are driven
to succeed as a result of their single collective mindset/attitude. This single
mindset/attitude is simply: “We all have each other’s back”. This means each
employee carries the weight of all employees. In order to perpetuate this
powerful force, you must employ the most elite personnel.
Mills Mehr & Associates will strive to build a personal relationship with
you, the customer, and we will tailor our product to your specific needs. We

Knowledge, experience and resources are necessities in today’s claims conscious
society. Adjusters must know the questions to ask; they need to be well-versed
with statutes and regulations; and they must have the necessary resources
readily available in order to successfully traverse today's intricate claims
environment.
Mills Mehr & Associates conducts educational classes twice a year in to
keep pace with the ever-changing insurance industry. As well, our customers
participate in these classes, which provide additional training and insight
with their claims handling procedures. This mutual participation helps build
trust, loyalty and communication, which then leads to a strong partnership.
Mills Mehr & Associates Quality Control program is strictly adhered to. All
files are thoroughly reviewed for content and timeliness during each stage of
the claim. A diary system is used not only for reporting, but also for all
time-sensitive requirements. This diary system is monitored daily.

| Garrett J. Mills |
|
Gary was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and raised in Clearwater. After
graduating from the University of Florida, Gary became an adjuster trainee in
1988 for a large multi-national independent adjusting firm in Birmingham,
Alabama. From there, Gary and his wife relocated 8 times during the next 11
years. These relocations stemmed from either more responsibilities in other
branches or for promotion to positions as supervisory/management. Gary has
adjusted, handled or supervised just about every type of property and casualty
claim there is from Florida to California and as far north as Ohio and Indiana.
Since 1994, Gary has been in a Supervisory or Management position.
Gary resides in Clearwater with his wife of over 20 years, Cheryl, and they
have a daughter and a son.

| William H. Mehr
|
|
Bill was born in Eustis, Florida and was raised in both Florida and Tennessee.
After graduating from the University of Memphis, Magna Cum Laude, Bill worked
for United Parcel Service for 7 years in various Supervisory positions. After
taking an early retirement from UPS, Bill decided to fulfill a personal dream
and travel by backpack around Europe for almost one year.
Upon realizing his dream in Europe, Bill returned to the United States to begin
his adjusting career. As a trainee adjuster, Bill crossed paths with Gary and
the two of them formed a strong bond.
Bill has been handling property claims since 1996. He has attended many
property schools and is the large loss consultant for many companies.
Bill resides in Tampa with his wife, Julie, and they have a daughter.

George A. Turnbull
|
|
Although George was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts he was raised in
Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from Florida State University, George
took a position as a private investigator primarily handling worker’s
compensation cases. George began his adjusting career in 1995 with a regional
independent adjusting firm. It was at this firm that George met Bill and Gary.
During this time, George, Bill and Gary worked closely together and formed a
relationship that led to the formation of Mills Mehr & Associates.
George has focused his career primarily on residential and commercial losses
and has a very loyal following of customers.
George resides in Orlando with his wife, Christine.
