Mills Mehr & Associates believe there are three absolutes that must be fulfilled to produce a “Quality Product”. First, you must listen to the customer’s needs. Second, you must complete all of the customer’s required task/instructions, and third, you must complete this within the customer’s allocated timeframe. While we do not want to diminish or simplify the definition of a “Quality Product”, we strongly feel that listening, proactively completing task/instructions, and strictly adhering to a set timeframe are essential keys for success for any company in the customer service industry.
