required task/instructions, and third, you must complete this within the
customer’s allocated timeframe. While we do not want to diminish or simplify
the definition of a “Quality Product”, we strongly feel that listening,
proactively completing task/instructions, and strictly adhering to a set
timeframe are essential keys for success for any company in the customer
